Sales Director

Our client is a provider of ERP Software that is sold into Architecture, Engineering and Construction firms. This software is used to manage the lifecycle of projects streamlining the use of resources. They are looking for a Sales Director to lead a team of account managers. Your responsibilities will include sales training, managing metrics, coaching, and building a team culture. In conjunction with these duties, you will be responsible for the team based quota and working with the team to hit that number.


Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years B2B technology sales management experience
  • ERP software sales experience
  • Construction Software experience



  • $125K base/year plus commissions
