Administrative Assistant

Our client is a local home builder that has developments in the Portland metro area and throughout the Pacific Northwest. They are searching for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to their office manager. Your responsibilities will include traditional administrative duties like paperwork and data management. In addition to these tasks,you will work on work orders for subcontractors and communicate with homeowners on warranty documents. Your experience with accounting or bookkeeping procedures and knowledge of the construction industry will be valuable in this position.

Ideal Candidates will have

  • 4-year degree
  • 1-5 years administrative support role experience
  • Construction knowledge/background
  • Accounting/Bookkeeping experience

Compensation

  • $16-$18 /hour
  • Benefits: MDV, 401k
