Client Operations Director

Our client is a provider of social media and reputation management services for businesses across the country. They focus on delivering effective social media content strategies, targeted response services. They are looking for a Client Operations Director to oversee the service teams and maintain overall company goals and performance indicators. Your experience in a leadership role and ability to motivate team productivity will aide in your success in this role. Familiarity with Salesforce and Zendesk software is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years management in technology or service field
  • Experience working with technology software such as, Google Suite for business, Salesforce, Basecamp, Hootsuite
  • Proven leadership skills

Compensation

  • $70-$100K
  • Benefits – Medical, Dental, 401k w/match
