The Recruiter / Account Executive position is crucial to our success at West Coast Careers. This position focuses on the lifeblood of our business – The Candidate!

Your typical day will consist of sourcing candidates, interviewing them in person, guiding them through the hiring process, and making placements with our employer clients here in our community. Your first few months will be incredibly difficult, but you will develop at a pace that should surprise even yourself!

Phase 1:

Account Executive _                                                               50 to 70k+

  • Learn and grow while working on the candidate portion of our business
  • Recruit candidates from the Job boards, LinkedIn, Advertising, Cold-Calling and Networking
  • Bill a minimum of 45k per quarter

Phase 2:

Senior Account Executive                                                      70 to 90k+

  • Move to a Senior Account Executive Role when your career billing reaches $180,000
  • Recruit candidates and bill a minimum of 54k per quarter
  • Begin managing new client accounts for WCC
  • Assist and coach your peers

 Senior Account Executive 2                                                   85 to 110k+

  • Move to a Senior Account Executive 2 Role when your career billing reaches $500,000
  • Recruit candidates and bill a minimum of 60k per quarter
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to onboard new business / clients
  • Assist and coach your peers

 Phase 3: Account Management

Account Manager                                                                   100k to 150k+

  • Move to an Account Manager role after accomplishing the following
    • Complete at least 1 full year as an SAE or SAE2 in good standing
    • Fill an average of $40,000 for three months in a row at the time of your promotion
  • Lead and serve Account Executives and Senior Account Executives
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to onboard new business / clients
  • Bill a minimum of 45k per quarter
  • Fill a minimum of 125k per quarter to ensure the success of your team

Phase 4: Senior Leadership

General Manager                                                                   150k+

  • Lead Sales and Marketing
  • Lead Account Managers and Recruiters
  • Bill a minimum of 45k per quarter
  • Fill a minimum of 150k per quarter to ensure the success of your team
