Our client is a major provider of asset verification and financial auditing services to a variety of industries. This company is well-known in automotive and financial services circles nationwide and are currently searching for a Director of Sales to help them manage and build upon their already successful processes, capitalizing on new opportunities. This role will report directly to the CCO, but work with many cross-functional teams as their sales processes are very collaborative and involve a number of departments and client touchpoints. You will establish and manage effective systematic sales strategies, as well as proactively develop a structure to ensure regular opportunities come through the pipeline and achieve maximum revenue. There is room for career growth in this position as you will eventually build and expand your own team.
Ideal Candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience managing sales for commercially viable financial services products, solutions, services and software solutions
- 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, sales or marketing or the equivalent combination of related training, proficiency, and experience
- $155K year one
- $175K+ year two
