Business Development Manager

Our client is a top retail design firm with a 40 year long history of success. This company is the lead choice for large multi-chain retail outlets seeking to re-brand themselves and appeal to new audiences. Their services start with a concept and idea, and end with the physical build-out of each store. Because of the high need of their services and the increasing importance of proper marketing, they are seeking talented Business Development Managers to cultivate new business opportunities while managing and growing revenues from existing accounts. This position requires strong business development and account management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and customers on a regular basis. The sales cycles can take up to 2 years, and will often require a high level of follow-up before executing. Travel is between 30 and 50 percent; however, average travel is a few days, twice a month.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• 5+ Years Outside Sales experience

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Experience doing B2B presentations

• Strong understanding of retail design and project management


• 100k+ first year, 150k+ second year , Top earners at 200k+
