Business Development Representative

This role is with a small, growing sales team at a local digital agency. They provide high ROI marketing services and need new business development representatives to call on the legal industry and bring on new clients. This is a very flat organization where you can grow with the company and have an impact on their growth and how things are done.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable prospecting into new clients over the phone and managing the sales cycle through to the close. To be successful in this role you will need to work hard, bring a strong personality, and know how to ask for the close. The challenger sales style is very effective in this role – you are the product expert and you educate the client on what they need.


  • Degree preferred, not required
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, B2B sales preferred
  • Strong personality; challenger sales style
  • Able to excel in a fast paced sales environment


  • $30k base salary plus commission; expect to make $50k+ year one
  • $75k total compensation year two
