Our client is a local creative agency that delivers high-end campaigns and multi-media projects to businesses across the country. In this role you will divide your time between qualifying inbound leads, prospecting for new leads, and seeing prospective clients through the sales process. As a young growing company their reputation is extremely important, so it is essential to carefully qualify leads to avoid unhealthy business. These can be large deals (big projects have $100k+ budgets) so you will need to be skilled at managing a complex sales cycle and selling a vision to the client.

- Bachelors Degree required
- 3+ years in a digital sales/partnerships capacity
- Strong digital acumen; agency experience a big plus
- Challenger sales style
- $40-45k base salary; expect to make $90-115k year one
- Total compensation year two $130k+
