Our client is a fast growing company making a big name for itself in network technology solutions. This company, with operations expanding globally, is looking for an internal recruiter in the Portland Metro Area. This role will focused on filling a number of internal openings, ranging from sales, to marketing, to administrative and other support roles. While there will be some general HR responsibilities the right candidate for this role will be dedicated to recruiting and focused on filling as many roles as possible.
In this role you will need to take complete ownership of the position and support the entire US, making sure all national teams are fully staffed. The volume of work will change and the types of roles will change, so you will need to be flexible and roll with the punches! This is a partly remote position. You can break up your time between your home and the downtown office. While your sole focus will be recruiting now, there is a clear path to leadership from this position.
- 3 to 12 years of experience in recruiting
- Tech recruiting experience is a plus
- Hunter mentality
- Self-starter ready to completely own the position
- $60k-80k base salary plus bonus
- Expected earnings year two $100k+
