Our client is an international technology company, specializing in video hardware and software. In this role you will be opening up a new territory covering Oregon and Washington. The job is a mix of direct sales and selling through integrators (companies that package manufacturer’s products for end-users). This company sells into many verticals, including retail, commercial, government, education, healthcare, and even casinos. While you will be starting a new territory from scratch, you’ll have a batch of warm leads from marketing and trade shows to help get you started. This is a remote position, so you will need to be self-sufficient, and able to hold yourself accountable for making the most of each day. Expect to travel up to 50% of the time.
This company is family owned, and works hard to instill that heritage in its culture. They have annual company-wide events, annual sales training at their headquarters, and work hard to promote internally. From this role you can move into leadership, project management, or other supportive roles. This position will require serious commitment- building a new remote territory requires it- but the rewards are there for the taking.
- Bachelors Degree required
- 3-5 years B2B sales experience
- Hunter mentality; high drive to excel in remote position
- $50-60k base salary; year one expected income $75k+
- Total compensation year two $95k+
