In this role you will be connecting with Portland’s top sales talent and pairing them with our diverse local clients. This is a very involved recruiting role; you prospect for new candidates, identify good job fits, and help facilitate the interview process through to the hire! We are a close-knit team, and everyone here is driven toward their personal success and the success of the company. A good recruiter will be sociable, well spoken, and confident. In addition, we are creating a new position: the Account Development Representative. This role is vital to the continued success of our company, and will be focused on prospecting, qualifying, and developing target accounts to grow our business. You will need to be competitive, intellectually curious, and comfortable in a very high-energy team-oriented environment. There are many moving parts to manage in this job, so strong attention to detail and good organization will be essential.

- $30k base salary plus commission; total compensation $50k+ year one
