Our client is looking for a tech savvy individual with excellent communication skills to help manage existing accounts. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for training and educating new clients on how to use the platform and best practices. You will also use your know-how to suggest beneficial upgrades and push for an early renewal. It is a very hands on role, where you drive the client’s success implementing the software.

This is an inside role, no travel. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors’ Degree and a year or more of customer facing experience in the technology field. Whether it’s sales, support, training, or something similar, you’ll need to have experience with high-level technology communications- even better if you’re experienced in working with Presidents, CEOs, and other leadership. This is a fast growing company, with many paths for career growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 1+ year experience in technology sales, support, or training

Compensation:

  • $45k base salary plus commissions; expect to make $70k your first year
