Our client, an emerging player in network technology solutions, is looking for a Sales Administration Specialist to support the entire West Region. Working from a downtown Portland office you will be supporting sales representatives out in the field from Alaska through California. This tech space is fast paced and always changing. Be ready to roll with the punches!
This job involves processing orders, quotes, POs, and being the liaison between sales and operations. There are a lot of different tasks and moving pieces, so to be a strong candidate you will need to be process driven and able to effectively prioritize tasks. You’ll be coordinating between multiple parties, so being a strong communicator and team player is essential. Success in this role can lead to multiple career paths, including inside sales, channel account management, and also leadership.
- 2-5+ years B2B sales support experience; in tech industry preferred
- Able to master Salesforce.com, SAP, etc (big enterprise software)
- Experience with processing of quotes and orders
- Strong multi-tasker
- $50-55k base salary your first year
