Technical Account Manager

Our client in the software field is seeking a specialist to set up workflows and business process flows for their clients. The typical project will last 8 to 10 weeks and involve collaboration with several different departments. As such, having B2B sales or support experience will be essential to manage all the different contacts.

The software is customizable, so each project will be a unique process. Most of the technical details are handled on the client side or through a built-in toolbox, so you don’t need to be a software wizard, but experience with excel, CSV files, HTML, and javascripting are definitely helpful. While much of the work is done via video-conference and remote software. There is some on-site work, so you can expect about 1 week of travel per month.
