Our client is a fast growing software company powering the commercial success of businesses. They have several product offerings that help power multiple back end functions including order management. This company is well financed, and are looking to ramp up their sales force.
This role will have you leading a team of Account Development Representatives targeting mid-market and enterprise businesses. This team is in charge of prospecting and qualifying new business, and then setting appointments for the Account Executive team. You will be responsible with creating metrics, systems, and processes for your reps. In addition you will need to contribute to coaching the reps on cold-calls and develop this team into a well oiled machine. This company is up to 80+ employees and growing fast, so there is room for further leadership opportunities down the line.
- 3+ years of outbound call leadership (call center or lead gen team)
- proven record of success
- High intelligence, proven success, and performs well in a team environment
- $50-60k+ base salary; $75-90k year one total compensation
