The last 10 years they’ve experienced impressive growth thanks to a strong sales team with a culture of success. You’ll be supported by a large customer service team and quality leadership. This is a company where you can build your own path and grow; whether that means building your own team or moving into other leadership roles.
This is an outside sales role, responsible for the full sales cycle of bringing on new clients and growing existing business. This is a challenging industry to master, so the job has plenty of coaching and on-the-job training. To be successful you will need to be a strong prospector, and take a consultative sales approach. You’ll manage a national territory, which may require up to 50% travel.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-8 years B2B sales experience
- Some logistics experience preferred
- $40-45k base salary plus commission; $50k-60k total compensation year one
- $75k to 100k total compensation year two
