Logistics Sales Manager

Do you want to travel wherever the business takes you in the United States? A  logistics company that has been in business for more than 20 years is looking for a new sales leader. This transportation company does more than just logistics. They examine the goals of businesses – expansion, maintenance, streamlining, market growth, and helps the customer to accomplish them.

This position will be responsible for maintaining and growing the business with existing and new account acquisition and they’ll be leading a team of 5. Your focus will be to equip your team and sell directly to new businesses increasing volume across all modes of transportation (ocean, TL, LTL, Intermodal, air) in a mix that achieves sufficient volume to insulate from the competition. This role is ideal for someone who is very strategically minded, and likes to plan for the long run.

Compensation:

  • $95k base salary; $115k-$150k compensation year one, depending on bonus
