Our client is a mid-sized construction company in the suburbs of Portland. Since the mid-90s, this company has served its commercial clients in the roofing industry, and they are seeking a junior professional to learn and grow in the HR space. You will assist the Vice President of HR and help to administer policies and help to recruit talent to the organization. Keeping this company staffed year-round is vital to it success!
If you possess strong morals, a willingness to learn, and the ability to attract talent, then this could be a strong fit.
This is a junior administrative professional who wants to be a recruiter and HR professional.
