Equipment Sales Rep

Equipment Sales Rep Position with established Company
Our client is a local, mid-sized organization that sells Facility Identification and Safety Products to large companies & US Government agencies. This is an inside sales rep position with no travel required at all and a strong belief in work/life balance. All reps work a standard 40 hour work week starting at 6 am M-F with a one hour lunch. The average sales rep has been with our client for almost 7 years!
While each sales rep gets many leads per month, they still need to work their territories and generate their own business through cold-calling, referrals, etc. Sales representatives make an average of 40-60 calls per day and are on the phone an average of 2-3 hours a day.
Responsibilities:
• Grow and develop your assigned territories.
• Retain, grow and manage your accounts.
Qualities Desired:
• Any amount of experience is acceptable if you possess:
o High Character, Integrity & Intelligence
o A desire to succeed and overcome daily obstacles
Compensation:
• Year 1 Expected income: 45k plus a strong benefits package
• Year 2 expected income: 70-80k!
• Top Earners make 160k+
